Lisa Marie DiLuigi is a Volunteer Counselor, Trained Nurse, and Market Director at Legacy Hospice of the Piedmont & Hospice of the Danville Regional Medical Center.
Lisa Marie has a master’s degree in vocal performance from Florida State University and she can sing anything from pop to opera. Her talents for doing such are amply represented by the three songs that she sings on “Songs of Love and Joy.” Lisa Marie is a kind soul who is dedicated to helping others. She is dedicated to Big Brothers Big Sisters and her little, Yanaya Chambliss. They enjoy cooking and going to concerts. They also attend agency events regularly. Most importantly, they have lots of fun together.
Yanaya is an elementary school student at Twin Springs Elementary. She is quiet and loves to spend time with her family. The “little” likes bike riding. The child has been exposed to many social opportunities since being matched. She loves her “Big” and the “Big’s” family. The grandmother says that this match is the best thing to happen to Yanaya. Yanaya has opened up and talks more. They have made her “Big” a part of their family. The “Big’s” family loves Yanaya as well.
