Littles Visit Owens Farm

On October 6, 1014, the little’s of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Danville Area paid a visit to Owens Farm, Dry Fork, VA. They were given a tour of the farm and picked pumpkins from the garden. Following was a cookout that they thoroughly enjoyed and a coloring contest where they received a prize for participation. This event was sponsored by the Community Foundation of the Dan River Region. We would also like to thank Tadashi Totten, 4-H Extension Agent of Danville Area for his attendance at this event.
